"The one experience I distinctly remember with Action Security is the night when my mother-in-law came to the house to drop a goody bag of food for the family. No one was home, so she set off the alarm she didn't know what was happening. She doesn't speak English well, so you can imagine her horror when the alarm kept ringing (and so loud too!). When the alarm company asked her to identify herself, she kept on yelling her name to the "voice". She didn't know where the code was so she couldn't answer the question when Action Security called.
